About RefactorIQ

What is RefactorIQ?

RefactorIQ is a suite of AI-enabled tools designed to accelerate complex technology migrations. Each solution specializes in a particular technology domain while remaining adaptable to a customer's environment and requirements.

What does RefactorIQ do?

Capabilities vary by solution. RefactorIQ can analyze legacy assets, document existing workflows, help define a target-state implementation, and generate starter assets that engineers can use during delivery.

Which migrations does RefactorIQ currently support?
  • Analytics: Alteryx Designer or Google Cloud Dataprep to Incorta Analytics
  • Governance: RSA Archer to MetricStream
  • Billing: Supported legacy billing platforms to Zuora or Stripe
  • Quality Assurance: Selenium automated tests to Playwright
  • Enterprise Asset Management — coming soon: IBM Control Desk, IBM TRIRIGA, or Oracle EBS EAM to IBM Maximo Application Suite

Availability and capabilities may vary by solution.

What does RefactorIQ Analytics produce?

RefactorIQ Analytics parses legacy workflows and ETL pipelines, documents and diagrams existing flows, proposes an Incorta implementation plan, and generates starter code for engineering teams.

Can RefactorIQ support technologies that are not listed?

Potentially. Although each solution is currently optimized for specific platforms, RefactorIQ can be adapted to other technology stacks and migration requirements. Contact us to discuss your use case.

Does RefactorIQ fully automate a migration?

No. RefactorIQ accelerates analysis, planning, and implementation work, but experienced engineers are still required to review, validate, and deliver the migration.

Working together

Services and Pricing

Can we use RefactorIQ without Estuate’s migration services?

Standalone licensing is available. However, we recommend beginning with a discovery conversation so we can understand your objectives and determine whether advisory, co-delivery, or managed implementation services would benefit the project.

What migration services does Estuate provide?

Estuate can participate in the capacity that best fits your team—from strategic advisory and specialized engineering support to complete implementation and managed delivery.

How much does RefactorIQ cost?

Pricing varies by solution, migration scope, complexity, deployment model, and level of service. We provide a custom proposal after learning about your environment and objectives.

Is a proof of concept available?

Yes. We are happy to scope a proof of concept that demonstrates how RefactorIQ can address your migration requirements.

Your environment

Deployment, AI, and Data

How is RefactorIQ deployed?

RefactorIQ can be deployed in your own cloud environment, in another agreed-upon cloud, or as part of a managed service. We will recommend an approach based on your security, architecture, and operating requirements.

Which AI models does RefactorIQ use?

RefactorIQ supports both hosted AI and bring-your-own-key configurations. This allows your organization to select an approach aligned with its technology standards, commercial agreements, and AI policies.

Where does our data reside?

Customer data can remain entirely within the customer’s cloud environment when required. Deployment and data-handling requirements are agreed upon before implementation.

Is customer data used to train AI models?

No. Customer data is not used to train AI models.

Can Estuate execute an NDA?

Yes. Estuate can work under a nondisclosure agreement during evaluation and delivery.

Can AI activity be monitored?

Yes. RefactorIQ provides usage and spending visibility along with auditability to support accountable migration delivery.

What security and compliance documentation is available?

Estuate maintains established security and compliance programs. Because applicable certifications and controls can depend on the service and deployment scope, our team will provide current documentation during your security review.

Getting Started

What happens after we request a demo?

We typically begin with a discovery conversation, followed by a tailored demonstration. From there, we can define a proof of concept, prepare a custom proposal, and recommend an advisory, co-delivery, or full implementation engagement.

Where can existing users find technical guidance?

Existing users can visit the Product Documentation center for platform-specific setup instructions, usage guidance, and technical support.
